If you're signing up for a retainer collaboration, you can get any content management or editorial assignment done without having to worry about last-minute requests, changing priorities or long turnaround times.

Onboarding and kick-off
During the onboarding process, we'll discuss your brand, goals, and content needs in detail to ensure alignment and a smooth workflow.

Submit assignment requests
If you've signed up for a retainer collaboration, submit your content requests through our dedicated portal. Simply drag and drop your requests to prioritize and we'll handle the rest.

First drafts and revisions
If you're a retainer collaboration, receive your first draft within one to three days, review the draft at your convenience and submit any revision requests.
If you're a project-based collaborator, receive your first draft on your chosen delivery date, review the draft at your conveience and enjoy up to two rounds of revisions for free.

Complete assignments
Once you're happy with the final version, it's then publish time! If our collaboration agreement includes content management support, we'll publish your content for you and provide a detailed report regularly to track performance.​

Daily support
